وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لاَمَّةٍ

Note:

Protectection through saying

"Bismillah or بِسْمِ اللَّهِ"

(meaning in the Name of Allah):

When we say “بِسْمِ اللَّهِ” at the beginning of an action, we are seeking help and protection through the name of Allah, and seeking blessing from Him in that action.

In Arabic, there is always a verb implied with saying “بِسْمِ اللَّهِ”.

For example, when we say بِسْمِ اللَّهِ” before eating, it means, “In the name of Allah I begin eating.”

Similarly, when we say بِسْمِ اللَّهِ before reading, it means “In the name of Allah I begin reading.” Therefore, we are seeking Allah's help and blessing when we begin to read.

In summary, we should try hard to remember saying the Name of Allah in every action, no matter how simple, like dressing, climbing stairs, going into the bathroom, eating, going out, sleeping etc. especially if we don't remember the longer recommended dua for certain actions.

Remember: "Say Bismillah!"
